Money isn’t something that should be the be-all and end-all for life happiness. But one thing we can all agree on is that it can certainly make your life that bit easier. Having money and making money is just part and parcel of life.
Some will go out to work each day and be happy with what they earn, some will work every hour to bring in the extra dow. Some people are happy with a small amount whereas others have a desire for larger bank balances.
We are all different in what we all think we need to be able to move forward in life, but one thing many of us have in common is our relationship with money. But could you be better with your money? With that in mind here is some advice to consider.

Debts are not always the answer
Getting into debt is something that can very easily happen, whether you have the intention or not. Some people seek out a loan or credit card for a purpose. Perhaps to make a big purchase or do some home renovations.
Other people seek out credit cards to simply have for emergency use, but then that emergency becomes those pair of shoes in the sale or the weekend away with friends. Websites online can be really useful to help you understand debts a little more.
In truth, debt is always a choice, and it is much easier to get into than to get out of. Instead, make the choice to save instead. Get a plan and work out how long it could take you to save money each day.
Saving little and often can develop a habit
Saving is something that just doesn’t happen naturally for some of us. We can get to overwhelmed with paying things off and forget that even the smallest amount set aside can make a big difference to your pay and bank balance.
Saving needs to become a habit and in most cases, saving regularly little, and often will help you to develop the saving bug. Some people choose to have a standing order to leave their account each month. An amount that they won’t miss.
There are plenty of other saving methods online. One example would be to have a figure in mind and break it down to 1% and aim to save or make that amount of money each day.
Investing in property at your earliest opportunity
Property will always be a good idea, and the sooner you do it, the better off you will be in the future in regards to a paid-off mortgage. But we can often be blinded by this and choose to rent instead, which can be seen as dead money.
Of course, in the first instance, not everyone can afford to buy straight away, and renting can be an excellent short-term option. But it shouldn’t be something you intend to do for a long period of time.
Save as much as you can while living with parents or in student accommodation and then build up to own a property. Even if it is one you don’t intend to live in but to rent out yourself. Once you have the investment, you are in much better financial shape.
Let’s hope that these tips help you to change your own relationship with money or to help educate someone else on the matter.
